Everything on this site is information about services we offer. It is not an offer capable of acceptance and it is not professional advice about your particular business. Prices shown are indicative ranges; what you actually pay is whatever is written in the proposal you sign.

The demonstration form

The form on this site submits to our live system on purpose — that is the point of it. Please submit your own details rather than someone else's. Automated or repeated submissions are rate-limited and discarded.

Performance claims

Response times shown on this site are measurements taken from our own running system, each labelled with the date it was measured. The millisecond figure you see after submitting the form is measured in your own browser, on your own connection. Your result will vary with your network. Research statistics quoted on this site are attributed to their source; they describe findings from other people's studies and are not a prediction about your business.

Work we carry out

Scope is fixed in writing before a build starts, and changes to it are handled as change requests rather than absorbed silently. Every build carries a 30-day fix window from launch: defects in what we built are corrected at our cost. New requirements are not defects, and we say so up front rather than discovering it later.

Where you own the infrastructure, you own the accounts, the server and the data on it, and our access ends at handover. Where we host it, your data remains yours and we will export and transfer it on request.

Third-party services

Systems we build depend on services run by other companies — Telegram, Meta, calendar and email providers, hosting companies. We cannot control their availability, their pricing or their policies, and we are not liable for their outages or their decisions.

Liability

We do not exclude liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise our total liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement.

Governing law
